Group training

Our small group personal training sessions play a big part in building community between clients of Dimensions of Health. Community and connection are often neglected aspects of health.

During these sessions friendships are formed and mutual support and encouragement is offered.

Oh, and there’s plenty of fitness and burpees but you hardly notice with all the other fun stuff! 😉
