Personal Training at Dimensions of Health is based on the premise that the best results come from a combination of education, individuality and consistency. Accountability and access to ongoing support is what is needed to make lasting physical, lifestyle and behavioural change and our role is to make sure you step out of our door feeling better than you did walking in.
PT is more than just a workout. While building your strength, confidence and fitness, we also offer nutritional guidance, support, motivation and laughter.
No two clients or sessions are the same: we don’t do boring fitness!
Michael and Sarah firmly believe if exercise isn’t fun then you are doing something wrong.
Personal Training sessions are either 30 or 45 minute workouts, depending on individual clients needs.
PAIRS-
Couples and friends are welcome to train together.
