With a background in competitive Muay Thai, gymnastics and 15 years of ballet, including performing with the Queensland Ballet and training as a Senior Scholar at the National Theatre Ballet School, Sarah understands competitive sports.

As a former competitive fitness model (taking the 2007 Miss Fitness Australia Runner-Up trophy and 3rd place in the year prior) goals are something Sarah knows how to set and achieve.

With 19 years of education and experience in the health and fitness industry under her belt you can be sure you are in safe and knowledgeable hands with Sarah.

Pain and injury rehabilitation is a personal passion of Sarah's, working with clients of all ailments, both chronic and acute, to regain confidence and pain-free movement whilst simultaneously achieving personal health and fitness goals.

Sarah also has a history as a reknowned cake artist, having had cakes featured on TV and Modern Wedding and Bride to Be magazines. Her celebrity customers have included Dame Edna, Lindsay Fox, Pete Murray, Puffing Billy and Myer.
